A small screw fell out of a hinge on my designer sunglasses. I went to 2 optical stores but neither one had the correct screw, but the second store advised me to try TSO. The staff at TSO were efficient and friendly. Shana was able to find the correct size screw to fix my sunglasses! She did it with a smile and even cleaned them before returning to me! Thank you!!

I recently took my 6 year old daughter. I’m always nervous because while we’re newly using medicade i’ve noticed a difference with services vs when I had insurance through my job or paid out of pocket. But they were kind, they answered all my questions. I was truly impressed. My only negative comment is no one there looks happy :/ no one is smiling or laughing but honestly despite that 10/10!

Great experience as usual today with prompt intake, preliminary exams with Yisbet, Dr. Nyugen for the comprehensive exam, and Shana for the optician experience finding THE perfect pair of glasses meeting my needs and wants. Dr. Nyugen gets a particular shout out for listening to my concern about missing my contacts and providing samples so I can explore different products that might be more comfortable. Fingers crossed!!!! But meanwhile, I’m excited about the style of glasses Shana found for me and I particularly appreciate her assistance walking around to find the right pair yay!!!!

I found glasses within my budget that were actually by a recognized designer surprisingly one I didn't even know designed glasses and my optician was very professional and very efficient
